Aerialist Dreams

Have you ever felt the feeling of flying while not being on an airplane? It is the most incredible feeling, nothing else like it. Not many people are aware aerial silks, only have seen it on TV or in the circus. Yes, I'm talking about those big long "curtains" that hang from the ceilings and people spin around on them. 

I have coached girls on them for 4 years now, and finally have a great group of performers! All 5 of these girls, aged 10-16 yrs, are so thrilled to go out and volunteer to perform in front of thousands of people and put on a show.

We have had great feed back from our performances and keep getting offers to come back or even come to new venues. We have performed for multiple holiday events and Autism awareness events, and continue to try and find more. The only problem is we are only limited to inside venues that have I-beams. Which more than most, the venues are outside. 

The funds that are needed are to help get our group a free-standing rig, so that we can start to expand our horizon in performing. With this free standing rig, we will be able to start accepting these outside venues and continue to volunteer our time for great causes.
