Junín de Los Andes is my home town in Argentina. Located right by the Andes in Patagonia Argentina, this town has more than 15.000 habitants and receives thousands of tourists from all over the world every year. Right now this town does not have a portable AED.
This Portable Heart Defibrillator ( AED) is for use in cases of a heart failure, especially in outlying areas lacking medical centers and where immediate life saving measures can literally mean the difference between life and death. “
Unfortunately they are very expensive to buy in Argentina and it is very hard for the local hospital to buy one ( they are struggling big time money wise) This hospital takes care of everybody in the town and also take cares of aborigines communities around the area totally FOR FREE!! It doesn’t matter if you are a tourist or a local, American or Argentinan, you will get free attention.
They desperately need a portable AED to be able to save more lives. My goal is to try to buy one or two portable AED and also the training AED and take it to them. This will benefit thousands of people. Please help me to make this dream of many come true!!!
Junin de Los Andes es Mi Pueblo natal. Está ubicado en la Patagonia Argentina, cuenta con una población de 15.000 habitantes aproximadamente y además recibe miles de turistas de todas partes del mundo.
En estos momentos no cuenta con un defibrilador portátil tipo DEA y son muy costosos para el hospital local que en estos momentos carece de recursos monetarios. Cabe destacar que este mismo hospital atiende gratuitamente a todas las personas que se acercan a el mismo. Desde turistas de todas partes del mundo hasta los mismos locales.
Necesitan desesperadamente de un defibrilador portátil para poder salvar más vidas.
Mi gol es poder comprar uno o dos DEA y además el aparato de entrenamiento. Esto beneficiará a muchísima gente, no solo a los pobladores sino también a los turistas que visitan a Junín.
Por favor ayúdeme a que este sueño de muchos se convierta en realidad. Gracias !!
