AED Defibrillator for The Layton
Donation protected
Unfortunately, Pat passed away on the 7th September. We feel one of his wishes would have been to install a defibrillator in one of his most frequented places, The Layton Institute. Pat had many a laughs at The Layton and was known and loved by many.
A defibrillator could save lives whilst waiting for the emergency services to arrive if somebody suddenly falls unwell, and it is vital to have a defibrillator nearby in the event of a cardiac arrest. Anybody can use them to save a life as they have voice prompts whilst communicating with the emergency team. These machines cost over £1300 and having one fitted in his local area for public access could be life saving, especially whilst waiting for an ambulance response.
Our family would appreciate a donation no matter how big or small. You can donate a number of ways, either by following the link, contributing to the collection box at his funeral reception.
Please feel free to contact the family for further detail.
