Adventures with Tami

This is a story about a short film.
The short is currently but only temporarily titled, Adventures with Tami. We are making this film on September 5th.
Myself and the creative team behind my last short film, Doubles , are back in the saddle with this one, which we plan to submit to Sundance, then follow up with a large digital release starting with Shortoftheweek and then Vimeo with our eyes set on a Staff Pick.
Part of the reason we're making this film, is that our last endeavor to crowdfund a short fell flat. We attempted to raise 25k for a proof of concept called Sheep In Wolves Clothing.
What I realized quickly is that 25k is a very high bar for me to set for the ability to work on something creatively fulfilling and beneficial to my and my team's growth as filmmakers.
For this project, we're pulling in favors, cutting every bit of weight, and gunning to make this films for almost one tenth the cost of what we were looking for on Sheep.
Expression and art shouldn't require an insane price tag. That's what this process is about.
We're shooting September 5th, and will be posting until the end of the month, so there is a ticking clock on this.
As a struggling filmmaker I rely on the generosity of others for projects like this. I am forever grateful to those who donate on projects like mine, and those of my friends.
