A year ago i met a beautiful group of filmmakers and we decided to make a travel documentary. I've lived in Uganda for 2 years now travelled all around the pearl of Africa. 
We had some crazy travel projects like the first hitchhike competition in East Africa where we travelled from Kampala to Mombasa in 6 days. After this project i decided that this adventures need to be recorded. I came back and we filmed the first episode that will come out soon. The purpose of this series is to rebel against the traditional African travel which is usually very expensive safaries and totally isolated from the local community and way of life.
We hitchhike and we combine art,travel and community visits and stays. We sleep,cook and explore together with the locals wherever we go. It is very important to create a valuable connection with locals and tourists so both are gonna benefit equally by a possitive intercultural experience.
For the next episodes we will visit the art scene of the crazy Kampala and hopefully we will hitchhike across the amazing lakes of Uganda.
We need the money to pay for the team's transport, food, accomodation and also support the community and the people we visit while travelling. Hopefully as the time goes we can buy our own drone as well so you can also appreciate the unique Ugandan landscapes from the sky.
