Adrian V's Cancer Part 2

Donation protected

Hello my name is Adrian Velazquez Rivera and I was recently re-diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic
Leukemia (ALL).
I’m currently 20 years old and received my first diagnosis at 16 and have being undergoing chemotherapy treatments ever since. I had finished my chemo in August of 2018 and had been fine until recently where I began to feel off at work and decided to get blood work done.

Unfortunately over the last two weeks I was told that the cancer has come back and that after receiving a bone marrow biopsy they had found 53% of my Bone Marrow was infected with Leukemia.

Leukemia treatment has been a big part of my life the last 4 years and unfortunately with this news it    will be for at least another 2.

Right now I own a small apartment with my significant other and own two animals, a beautiful pit bull and a small cat, I have support from family and friends to help watch and take care of my possessions while I
stay in-patient at the hospital for the foreseeable future but unfortunately with only my significant other working and me being in the hospital we can only make enough money to support about 70% of the rent
per month and this doesn’t include any of the other bills due to the fact I don’t qualify for disability at the
moment.  On top of this my family doesn’t have the best insurance and I have stacking medical bills for the chemotherapy and hospital stays and the blood work I received before I was transferred to my oncology
specialists prior to diagnosis. I’m currently unsure how long I will be staying but with good luck I might be able to switch to outpatient in as few as a couple months and from there I should be to work part time while I’m treated from home and take back some control of my finances.

Any dollar means the absolute world to my family, being able to support the things I’ve worked for since
finishing treatment means absolutely everything to me. I’m setting the donation goal to $10,000
with the hopes that I will be out of here and feeling better than I do now, sooner than later!  I would like to thank everyone who took the time to read this, especially those who cant donate themselves but
would like to help, a simple share or repost is worth just as much as any donations are.
Thank you everybody who made the effort to read this I thank you more than I could express over the
internet with words and anecdotes.
