Addys daily supplies

As many of you know my sweet Addy Rae requires a lot of medical attention daily. There was a string of people who had items stolen a couple weeks ago, unfortunately Addys things being stolen too. My husband and I have lost our jobs and could really use the help replacing Addys things, a lot of being medical usage things that are specifically for pediatric patients. We tried to go through insurnace and because no receipts nothing could be replaced. Anything helps and my family has been great full for all the help the community has already given my Addy baby.
