Addie's Hope for a Healthy Life

Addie is a beautiful and charasmatic 5 year old little girl!! She is filled with so much life and love. Everyone who meets her is touched by her heart and personality. In fact she is known for approaching strangers and complimenting them on their looks, inviting them to her birthday party, and asking them to be her friend!! Addie is a true blessing to us all!!
Addie was born with a Primary Immune Deficiency Disease called Selectiv IgA Disease. Addie also struggles with other cytokines which are abnormal. Because of her immune disease she gets sick very easily and has difficulty overcoming the illnesses. Addie has many doctor's appointments, medications, lab testing, and so on.
I, Stephanie Wolf, her mother, have a Primary Immune Deficiency Disease called Common Varriable Immune Disease (CVID). I have to do weekly infusions in order to stay alive. This is a reality that Addie will more than likely have to face as well.
Addie (and myself) does not make the needed antibodies to fight off virsues, allergians, and bacteria. As of now the IgA antibody is not replaceable.
The treatment Addie needs and changes to her treatment plan will be a life long fight. There is no cure for the diseases she and I have. Although researchers are working so hard on finding the light at the end of the tunnel.
A strong urgency in Addie's case is our immunologist Dr. Roger Kobayashi has seen some abnormalities in other areas of her lab work. Abnormalities he and his colleauges do not have an explination for. He is looking into doing genetic testing on both of us to see if there are answers hidden deeper in her tiny body.
The donations we hope to receive from others will help with paying for doctor's visits, lab work, keeping a roff over our heads, food in her tummy, medications, genetic testing, and the missed work I will have. This is a life long expense Addie will have to deal with and my hope is to help ensure her financial future is stable.
