In the early hours of October 9th 2017 Adam "Wiggens" Furtick was shot and sustained life ending injuries while sitting in his vehicle in the near Southside of Chicago searching directions to his residence, He leaves behind 3 children, Taylor, Danny, Blake and his wife Gina Narbone Furtick.
