On Thursday the 29th of June our family suffered a tragic accident and our beloved Adam went to be with the Lord. Adam's last kind act was the donation of vital organs that blessed 8 family's with the gift of life for their loved one's.This fund is set up in his name to help cover medical bills and costs associated with this terrible loss. Any and all donations are greatly appreciated by the entire Lake family.
