Acute Kidney Failure fund for our dog Niko

Hi everyone, I am trying to raise funds for our nine month old dog, Niko. I currently live with my three sisters whom I already struggle to entirely care for. We come from a difficult home life, but Niko has done nothing but bring tremendous joy to the lives of my little sisters and I in the past four months we’ve had him—we consider him our emotional support dog.

Within the past few days, Niko became sick and was diagnosed with acute kidney failure. His kidney blood levels were dangerously high, but fortunately, it can be turned around with intensive treatment. It takes time and of course, a lot of money. I am Niko’s sole caretaker and am financially responsible for all of his necessities. On top of this, I’m only 18 years old, still a high school student, work part time whilst trying to look after my sisters. I am grateful enough to have those who are willing to help out but we are still struggling to accumulate the money that is necessary for the rest of Niko’s treatment. Donations of any amount will help us out, and will be immensely appreciated. Niko is our happiness and we can only hope that he is fully healed and back to his normal energetic self :’)
