Anthony C. Srebro Scholarship Fund

Most science scholarships are given to students based on their academic achievement, AKA their GPA. But my dad, ACS, knew that a student didn't need a high GPA to have great potential. When he died in 2005 after a short and difficult battle with cancer, it is for this reason that my family created the Anthony C. Srebro Scholarship Fund. The recipient is chosen on their passion for science and their intent to pursue a career in the sciences, not on their high GPA.

After this school year, the money that so many of you generously gave in 2005 will run out, and the Anthony C. Srebro Scholarship will disappear. Please help us stop this from happening by donating. You will not only help a student reach their dreams (or should I say, reach for the stars?), but you will also help keep my dad's memory alive.

Our goal of $5000 will keep the scholarship going for another 10 years. If my dad touched your life in any way, please consider a donation of any amount to the Anthony C. Srebro Scholarship Fund. Even in his death, let's help him continue to do what he loved doing above all else: helping students.
