Dear Acquerello Friends and Family,
Suzette and I are thinking of you all, and hoping you continue to stay safe and well.
We are reaching out to you in this difficult time to humbly ask for your support.
Having shared so many warm and special times with you, we are incredibly grateful to have been a part of your lives for over 30 years. We have survived 9/11, earthquakes and the recession of 2008, but this is the first time we feel the need to turn to you for help in a time of crisis.
Due to the mandatory Stay at Home order, Acquerello has been closed since March 16th. We agree these measures are necessary to ensure health and safety, but it has severely impacted the lives of our staff, all of whom we consider family, and who have made Acquerello such a unique experience.
We employ 27 talented individuals, and we remain firmly committed to re-opening Acquerello when the time comes. During the interim, please consider donating anything you can to help us bear the financial burden of retaining our staff throughout the closure.

Giancarlo Paterlini and Suzette Gresham are the proprietors of Acquerello Restaurant in San Francisco. Our restaurant has been closed since March 16th, The funds from this campaign will be used to keep the employees covered on their current Kaiser medical insurance plans for as long as it is possible. The plan is paid by Acquerello and the fund will be sent to us for the payment of the premiums.
