A Community Celebration

I am Zachary Clemens, and it is an honor and a privilege to serve as an AmeriCorps VISTA member at U.S. Dream Academy in Orlando, Florida. A Volunteer In Service To America member, means being a part of something greater than I could ever imagine. I am humbled and inspired by my experience. The stories I have heard and the work I have witnessed these students perform, in an effort to fulfill their dreams, has changed my life. I am inspired by these students to do my part to contribute to their success. I am starting this fundraiser, to gather donations for a year end celebration, on May 23rd, 2018 to honor these students for their achievements. I want to share this opportunity with you.   Your entire donation will go towards purchasing refreshments, pizza, cookout materials, water balloons, a DJ, various outdoor activities and a dunk tank.  Dream Academy Learning Community in Orlando serves at least 120 students on a year-round basis. The students come from elementary schools, middle schools, high schools and fight through great adversity on a daily basis. This is a perfect opportunity for them to celebrate another year of achievements with their mentors, and other community volunteers, who have helped make their dreams a reality.   I need you to help make this happen. This page will be accepting donations from April 3rd, 2018 through April 30th, 2018. I could never express enough the positive impact on a young person’s life your support will have.
