Achey Family

This is a fund that has been set up by family members of Melanie and Jon Achey to help alleviate medical expenses for their youngest daughter, Autumn. In May, 2019, Autumn was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). She underwent 5 rounds of chemotherapy and was discharged from the hospital in November 2019. In May 2020, the Achey family received news that Autumn’s leukemia had returned and she underwent additional chemotherapy and is now in need of a bone marrow transplant. This fund will support Melanie and Jon by helping with medical expenses, time off from work, and other associated costs of caring for a child with a significant illness, including gas money to and from the hospital, parking at the hospital, and providing quick, easy, and nutritious meals for their other children.
