Head over Heels

Disastrous first dates, precarious partnering, tender touches, and a glimpse into the friendship of two gay men...
Head over Heels is the result of a collaboration between Adam Gauzza and Tate Jorgensen. The work combines storytelling, dance, and song to create an intimate, comedic, heartfelt piece of theater. Now, Adam and Tate have joined forces with filmmaker James Daniel and sound designer Stanton Nash to bring this piece to life on the screen.
The team is raising funds to cover the costs of studio/space rentals, lighting and sound equipment rentals, costume materials, and fees for the contributing artists.
Adam and Tate hope to submit the film to festivals locally, nationally, and internationally. Anyone who donates any amount of money will receive a thank you in the credits of our film. Please help us fund this project, and fall head over heels with us!
Head over Heels was commissioned as part of Guadalupe, an evening of queer performance curated by Sarah Rose Leonard in September 2013 at the Martin E. Segal Theatre Center at the CUNY Graduate Center. It was reprised for Blind Tiger, co-produced by Grace Whitworth in April 2014 at JACK.
