Abel is a 21 month old adorable little boy who was taken in to Children's Mercy emergency room on 12/13/2019 where a large tumor was found in his abdomen. The doctors diagnosed him with a neuroblastoma and expressed concern as it is "starting to invade his spine and wrapped around a ton of vessels in his belly".
Abel will be starting chemotherapy this week and is expected to be inpatient every few weeks for days at a time for the treatments over the next few months. Staging and type of tumor is to be determined. His mother is thinking about starting a blog to keep people updated, which I will post here later.
Please donate any amount you can to help with medical expenses, food while at the hospital, etc.
