I am fundraising for the family of Abdul Collier, daughters Rosa, Alyssa, and wife Carolyn. Abdul passed away unexpectedly Saturday, January 13. He had been recovering recently after a long illness and kidney transplant surgery. The outlook had been so positive- he had returned to work, was able to once again attend his daughters’ volleyball tournaments and dance competitions and was doing much better. His passing took his family and loved ones by surprise, heartbreaking for us all. We, as his friends in the volleyball community, are asking for help with expenses related to his funeral, and easing the burden of transitioning to a single income family supporting two amazing and talented daughters with bright futures. We have always considered our community as a large family and we hope you will consider joining us in lifting the Collier family up during this difficult time. Thank you.
