Our good friend Abby Jane has been diagnosed very recently with a complicated form of cervical cancer and has to fly back to Germany this Thursday 14th February for a minimum 6 weeks of treatment.
So far her tests in Melbourne have cost roughly $5,000 which her health insurance company have refused to pay as ‘she only took out her policy because she must have known she had cancer.’
In her time of need she is working double shifts right up until Thursday to save as much money as possible which breaks my heart..
Bad things happen to good people and we are asking for any generosity you can spare xx

Where you're from - I live in Melbourne
Your relationship to the parties you're raising funds for - I am good friends with Abby and lived with her until she had to fly back to Germany before her treatment
How the funds will be used (be specific as possible) - the funds will be used by Abby for any bills she sees fit as the purpose of the fundraising is to alleviate as much financial worry as possible during this tough time. Bills could be for the treatment or any other day to day expenses as she is unable to work during this time.
If you intend to withdraw the money, how you plan to send the funds to the parties you're raising money for or use the money on their behalf - the money will be withdrawn into my account and then sent to Abby via bank transfer which I already have the BSB and Account Number for, just waiting for the funds to arrive in my account.
