Abad Brummel Family Lost Home in Maui Wildfires
Donation protected
Aloha, my name is Marian Abad Bona and I am helping to raise funds for my sister Michelle Abad Brummel, my brother-in-law, Casey Brummel, and their kids, Jayla Brummel and Makana I'i Brummel.
They were among the many families of Lahaina, Maui that were forced to evacuate their homes due to the wildfires on August 8, 2023. They only packed a few essential belongings before fleeing from the fires with their dog, Mina, in Casey's truck. Unfortunately, they lost their home, Michelle's vehicle, and all of their belongings.
They feel blessed and thank God that they all were able to safely evacuate together. But they will need help to begin rebuilding their lives. These funds will be provided to them to help support their needs as they endure this challenging time.
Michelle and Casey just got married in June. Michelle is a teacher at Lahainaluna High School. Casey is a vacation property manager on the West side of Maui and is a coach for Maui Basketball Academy. They have dedicated their lives to supporting their communities time and time again. Their kids love playing sports and are going into the 4th and 7th grades. The loss of their home and the destruction throughout Lahaina town will have a profound impact on their daily lives.
Please join me in supporting them by donating and/or sharing this Go Fund Me page. Any size donation will be very helpful and greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless West Maui.
