Help Cody With His Hip Surgery

This is a surprise benefit for Cody. I say again, a SURPRISE for Cody :P he needs to get a surgery on his hip to help get him walking right again. He's had a very extensive injury take hold of his life and he has had to stop a lot of the things that mean a lot to him. A big one being karate. For some of you who may not know Cody very well, he is a very dear friend with a big ol heart and it sucks go watch him go through this. He's that dude with the long black hair, offensive metal shirts, and unnecessary goatee (just giving him a hard time ;) he hasn't had much going for him that really made him happy but one thing that really helped him and turned him around was martial arts. Since the injury, he hasn't been able to train or even exercise at all and has been feeling pretty low. He needs to get back up on his feet and back to training to make things better for him. We all miss him in class and we hate to watch him go through this. It's possible with this injury that he may not have a chance to start karate back up ever.... so we need to help him ASAP. Along with this detriment to his training, he also has a very hard time at work as well since he's on his feet all day. The surgery he needs is very expensive and he is not able to afford it. That's where we all come in! His insurance only covers part of the operation which still leaves him with a $2000 bill. Now, we all know Cody and his job at the pizza place, so he isn't able to come up with those funds as quickly as he needs to. There will be details on how we will donate to him but for now, I just want to save the date. It will be a big party that my parents so graciously offered to host and every guest will donate a minimum amount and we can all eat, drink, and be merry :) Even if you are unable to make a donation, everyone's support is very welcomed! I will be putting out more info soon. I know I invited a bunch of you who won't be able to make it out for his actual benefit party so feel free to benefit here. Any little bit helps!
