Wheelchair-Accessible Van For Annie

My name is Tommy and I am Annie’s son (middle of 3!). I live in Hingham, Chris in revere and Mike in Cumberland RI. 

My mother Annie has impacted so many people throughout her life, most notably in her service to the Town of Hopedale while employed within the school system.

Annie has risen to many challenges since her MS diagnosis many years ago, but the disease has continued to take from her... Her mobility being the most dramatic.

Annie is now living her daily life in a motorized wheelchair and is extremely lucky to be surrounded by so many loving family members and friends.

Her current limitations for transportation have severely impacted her daily life such as getting to medical appointments, participating in family events, and just simply taking care of her own needs.

Her wheelchair is unable to be loaded into any vehicle but a specialized wheelchair-accessible van.

We are asking for anyone who has been impacted in a positive way by Annie in their lifetime, anyone who loves Annie, anyone who understands her struggle, anyone looking for a real cause to attach themselves to...to consider donating to the purchase of a Wheelchair-Accessible Van for Annie.

The purchase of the van will allow it to be parked at Annie's place of residence and be driven by ANY licensed driver spending the day with Annie. Allowing her the freedom to get to her own medical appointments, participate in family events (such as her Son's upcoming wedding!!!), rekindle a social life, and take better care of herself day-to-day.

The funds will be transferred into an account run my me, and will be used exclusively for the purchase, maintenance, upkeep, upgrades, fuel, and any other unforeseen circumstances of a wheelchair-accessible van for Annie.
