In 2005 Judy was diagnosed with stage four Ovarian Cancer. She underwent surgery in 2005 and the doctors ordered chemotherapy thereafter.
After failure of her veins during chemotherapy the doctors advised that a port be installed in her chest to receive further treatment. There was minor improvement after undergoing 8 months of this treatment per year for 5 to six years. Not seeing the improvement they expected, the doctors changed medication from chemotherapy via the port to chemotherapy in tablet form. Judy has been on this medication for the last 3 years, the supply of which has been very irregular in both government and private pharmacies.
Three weeks ago her doctors ordered a blood test and CT-Scan; Judy complied and the results were sent to the hospital.
Yesterday, 28th November, 2017, the doctors informed Judy that the cancer had returned with a vengeance and that they would be increasing her chemotherapy dosage. Chemotherapy is not an exact science, it is sent through out the body as an AM radio signal is sent through the air waves, killing good cells as well as bad. Heavy dosage of Chemo could be fatal for Judy Penn-Robinson at this time.
Alternative treatment at Uchee Pines Lifestyle Center in the USA comes at a price of $5, 800.00 (approx..), to this end we are seeking financial partners to cover this expense, travel and lodging.
