Wildfire relief

Hi, my name is Ruby and I’m starting a go fund for my boyfriend and his dad. Him and his father lost their home in the Mill fire sept 2 2022. There was no warning. He was sitting inside working and noticed it was getting dark. He looked outside and thought clouds were rolling in and realized there was black smoke everywhere. Him and his dad who is in his 70’s went outside to see what was going on. To their horror they saw the house up the street fully engulfed in flames as they were being hit with rain of flames and ash and large pieces of wood. The lawn was on fire and they started putting it out as a fire truck showed up. He thought he could help but as he turned around 2 more house were up in flames and the house next door exploded. The fire fighter told them to leave immediately. All he was able to grab was his phone and his car keys. They left with only the clothes on their back. Needless to say, this is devastating on multiple levels. They are in shock and worried about their cat as well who is nowhere to be found. They lost everything including all of his work stuff for our skateboard hardware business.

My hope is that people can either donate what they can or share so they can get some relief from this devastating event and also so he can stay working by providing skate hardware to the skateboarding community. This is a good man who took in his father and has been an amazing partner to me and a great dad to my boys. Any help is greatly appreciated right now
