The Joy Project
Donation protected
THE JOY PROJECT includes workshops and a performance by Fly-by-Night Dance Theater, Inc., a non-profit dance company based in New York City.
The purpose of this project is to work toward cultivating joy as an attitude to integrate into everyday life.
The Project includes:
- An Aerial Dance performance at the Gerald R. Lynch Theater at John Jay College as part of the CUNY Dance Initiative in Spring 2022.
- Workshops in cultivating Joy for various populations
Funds from this campaign will go towards ARTISTS PERFORMANCE FEES as well as rehearsal and workshop space, costumes, rigging and liability insurance. We need these funds by the end of this year to cover in order to complete the project.
It is important to do The Joy Project now; the process of cultivating joy helps us all cope with the stresses of the COVID pandemic.
Life may not be easy or simple but, it can be joyful, especially if we come together to explore and share our joys.
Any donation will help make an impact; THANK YOU for your support!
