Family Airbnb to Elder Care Haven

Hi, I’m Ellysha—a Malaysian registered nurse, a daughter, and someone who’s always felt close to our elders.

With my parents’ blessing, we’re transforming our family Airbnb in Langkawi into Bidadari Retreat Care Centre—a mission to make aging a graceful and connected experience.

We believe that caring for our elders is a shared responsibility. That’s why we’re building more than just a care centre—we’re creating a community: a space where generations meet, learn from one another, and grow together; where youth are empowered, and the elderly are celebrated.

We’re raising funds to:

• Renovate the space for safety and comfort: ramps, railings, elder-friendly chairs, and anti-bedsore mattresses.

• Equip the home with essential medical tools: automatic beds, wheelchairs, BP machines, AEDs, and more.

• Launch meaningful programs: wellness classes, educational talks, intergenerational events, and donation drives to support elder care.

Every donation helps bring comfort, dignity, and vitality to someone’s golden years.
