A YOUNG DADS FIGHT AGAINST CANCER

Please help my brother Noel to Fight his battle with Cancer, Noel is only in his early 40’s with a wife & 3 young Children under the age 12. He is a dedicated & Devoted Dad, a loving Husband as well as being a well-respected Tiler within his local community. He has built up his own Tiling Business for over 20 years.
Noel is a Christian man and has helped many people, whenever someone has needed help Noels always been the 1st to put his hand up. I’m truly hoping that now in his time of need that good people who are reading this & can help, will do so.
The devastating News.
The week before Christmas Noel had an Abscess come up in his neck, unable to get a doctor’s appointment he went to the local hospital to have it drained, within an hour he was taken to the Larger Sunshine Coast Hospital via ambulance He had no Idea why or what was coming.
The doctors at the SCUH Said to him that they would not drain the abbess without further tests being conducted as they didn’t like the look of the Gland above it.
The Next day after many tests the abscess was drained & he was told that they believed his right tonsil looked cancerous, they then told him that they would do a biopsy, which was done.
Then 2 days before Christmas came the Phone call that has changed all our lives, His Right Tonsil, Lymph Node, Glands & Throat were all malignant.
We shared a very heavy-hearted Christmas, we are all still in shock, but the doctors are wasting no time, he is booked in this Friday to have all his teeth removed follow by a stomach tube on Tuesday & more tests in preparation for the radiation & chemotherapy to start.
When he went to claim his insurance, his claim was denied. Though he had been paying his insurance the last 5yrs & under the impression he was covered for such an event apparently in the fine print he was not covered for cancer.
My Brother doesn’t know at this point that I am starting this go fund me page as I know he would have a problem asking for help, but with the banks Knocking at the door for car and Mortgage payments, food & general living expenses for a family, as well as Medical expenses, I just know in my heart that myself with the café in its infant stage cannot support him, even though I will do my best I know he will need more, we are looking at expenses over the next 12 months to be well in excess of $60,000 .
For those of you who know us as a Family know that mum while 100% supportive of Noel has been very unwell herself with a clot in her Lung & 3 strokes she is not able to aid financially.
We are in Desperate need of the funds as soon as possible as things are moving so fast .
Any Money Raised will go Directly to the above expenses, I will continually keep this page updated and Thank everyone who has taken the time to read, Shared and Supported us with all my heart
