A wonderful escape into nature

A couple years ago, I went with a small group of friends to a lovely air b&b in Tofino. It was in this cabin-like house that was surrounded by trees with the ocean a few steps away from the back deck, that I made some of my happiest memories. Being in a place where you could see a clear night sky and breathe in crisp, fresh air gave me such a deep feeling of bliss that even still, strongly remains to this day. I want to live like this again and I also want to make it possible for others. I want to bring into existence an escape for those who need to get away from the suffocation of the city, who want to live amongst tall trees not tall buildings, I want others to be able to feel the sheer bliss I felt back at that little house. And so, I have created this mission. The ultimate plan: buy a large plot of land upon which two houses shall be built. One to be rented out to those who want to bask in the brilliance the natural world has to offer. The other for myself so I can maintain the property and all it holds. I want to make a sanctuary of sorts for the people who have had enough of inhaling cigarette smoke and car fumes, who are tired of hearing people shout outside during the wee hours, who prefer to wake up to a view of forest and ocean rather than concrete. I know this sounds daunting, dear reader,  but with your help to secure even just the land, I will be forever grateful and know that when all the work is done, it wouldn't have happened without you putting your faith in me. To compare this to a quote in Cloud Atlas, what you give may feel like it amounts to nothing more than a single drop in a limitless ocean. Yet, what is an ocean, but a multitude of drops? Whatever you give, however little the amount, will be more than I had before and it will be cherished all the same. Because the very fact that you gave something, means that someone out there thinks this dream is worthy of coming true and that's priceless to me.
