A Tale of Resilience: Building Hope and Future After War

My name is Sitharthan, and I am seeking to raise funds for a Palestinian friend of a good friend of mine. Here is Mohammad's story:

My name is Mohammed, I am 42 years old, and a father of six children. War has ravaged my city in Gaza, brining nothing but destruction and devastation, leaving me and my family homeless and without a source of income. We found ourselves forced to flee to the south of Gaza, where our new struggles began. My beloved small home resembled my professional journey, taking considerable time and effort to build, yet every detail and piece carried a beautiful story and memory. Today, I reside in a tent, amidst the sands. My wife was pregnant at the beginning of the war, and as conditions worsened and the danger increased, the final moments of her pregnancy were filled with worry and fear. My wife and I exerted every effort to ensure her safety and that of our newborn. In one of those moments, our little daughter was born, amid destruction and chaos, bringing a ray of hope into our lives amidst harsh circumstances. Now, we live amidst war and conflict, struggling to survive and provide for our basic needs, such as food, shelter, and medical care. Despite all these challenges, in these circumstances, we seriously consider leaving and rebuilding our lives in a safe place. We need your support to ensure a better future for our children, and to rebuild our shattered lives. Your donations will help provide shelter, food, and medical care, and will contribute to building a future that holds safety and hope.
