A scholarship in memory of Amelia Duda

The Emerson-Williams community suffered a loss where our littlest, newest tiger never made it to Kindergarten due to complications from a medical procedure. I would like to raise funds so that she could have a Dollars for Scholars' scholarship in her name. If additional funds are collected, it will go to the family to use to cover funeral costs, to go towards Liliana’s education (Amelia's younger sister), or however the family sees fit.
Additionally, on October 5, please perform 5 acts of kindness in memory of Amelia to celebrate her 5th birthday. At a later date, I will create a print out if you choose to accompany it with your acts of kindness.
A little about Amelia... from the day she was born, she had the brightest big eyes and a smile that could light up any room. In her 4 years, she touched the lives of so many who will always remember her as being smart, bold, and angelic. She was the star of our hearts and leaves us smiling through our tears. Amelia was filled with life, she was always so happy and her sweet laugh will never be forgotten. She was curious about everything and really enjoyed learning, going to school and camp, and dancing around. She loved her dog Latek, wearing colorful jewelry, and dressing up like Elsa from Frozen. But most of all, she loved being a role model and best big sister to Liliana; who she greatly admired and taught her everything she knows. At such a young age, Amelia was a believer in faith. She prayed to Jesus every night and we know her spirit will live on in Heaven forever.
