A Memorable Trip to Ottawa

For those of you who don’t already know, my father, Mike Beaulieu, has been diagnosed with cancer (again) at the age of 53. Unfortunately, surgery is not an option so his time left will be limited (hopefully prolonged with chemotherapy). We have decided to take him on a mini vacation to Ottawa, ON in late February. We will take him to enjoy an NHL game, the National War Museum, the Ottawa Boat Show, and some other activities. We are hoping to rent an Air BnB with an electric bed, as my dad is unable to sleep when laying flat due to his condition. With both my boyfriend and I being full-time students, our funds are limited at this time of year, especially right after Christmas time. We are hoping to get some support from the community to make this trip a little easier on us financially so we can have the best time possible and make this an unforgettable experience for him. Any of the funds we receive will be used to pay for travel expenses, accommodations, and the cost of the activities mentioned.
