A Loving Tribute to Dawn a Birthday Mother's day wish.

Dawn Sharbaugh Baer (my mother) passed away suddenly this past March. If you knew her, you knew she was a wonderful human being and had a love for helping others. She also had a love for children. During her funeral and the weeks after, an extraordinary thing happened; $1300 was raised in donations for the children's program at her church. The church that both my mother and grandmother attended their entire lives. Then another blessing came when an anonymous donor matched the amount as long as a small playground set would be purchased in her honor.

My mom's birthday this year would have fallen on Mother's Day, and I had a crazy idea... maybe if I put together this fundraiser, I could double the donation again.

Things are expensive, and we all know money doesn't go far these days. So, in order to help acquire mulch or other items needed, I thought maybe if I put the idea out into the universe, we could see what we could make happen.
