Hi everyone, my name is Kavaniel Adams, and I am writing this with a shattered heart on behalf of our family. On December 15, 2025, my little sister, Caretta Banks Williams, was tragically taken from us when she was hit by a car while on the 10 freeway. She was only 32 years old. Anyone who knew Caretta knows she was a beautiful person, a ray of sunshine, and incredibly kind. She loved her children with a passion. She also loved people, and she loved braiding hair. She had so much life ahead of her. She was not just my little sister; she was a beloved daughter, mother, cousin, auntie, niece, and friend. This tragedy has left us completely unprepared both emotionally and financially.

We want to give Caretta the memorial she deserves to honor her memory and say our final goodbyes. We are currently asking for donations to help cover the cost of funeral service and cremation.
