A Lasting Tribute for Mrs Sue Biddle

Mrs Biddle was our much loved Teaching Assistant who sadly lost her battle with
cancer in the summer holidays.  She was a gentle, humble woman who took
delight in nurturing our children.
 
Mrs Biddle left us an amazing legacy and love of the outdoors, wild life and nature. 
Many people have been inspired to come forward and have offered to maintain and
enrich the outdoor learning environment.  With this in mind we have set up this 
page should anyone wish to make a donation to enable us to establish a lasting
tribute to Mrs Biddle.

We believe a fitting tribute would be to rebuild the dipping platforms in the pond
for all the children to use, as Mrs Biddle would have liked.  We would like to
buy some lovely dragonfly benches we have seen which could be placed
outside Mrs Biddle's pond for the children during school day and at
drop off times young brother and sisters could sit and play on them. 
We have also spoken to a wood carver who could carve a swift and a
bumble bee on the front of one of the Wellingtonia tree stumps in the
turning circle, both of which are significant to Mrs Biddle and
Bridgewater.

People have come forward with the most amazing ideas and we have
appreciated the love and support we have
received as a school.
