A funeral for my baby sister

Why this is important to me:
My sister was only 28. Nobody was prepared for this. Emotionally or financially.  Our mother and father are already gone and I am the oldest sister so the responsibility falls on me only I am starting over in life and so not have the means or resources to bury her and her children are only 9 and 20 months old.  Even if it wasn't up to me to see that she has a proper burial,  nobody else has the means either and the baby's father is now left with 2 young children to care for on his own that he's not even able to financially handle at this point.  So PLEASE,  I NEED SOME HELP!  PLEASE HELP ME GIVE MY LITTLE SISTER A FUNERAL THAT SHE DESERVES.  SOMETHING,  ANYTHING TO MAKE IT JUST A LITTLE BIT EASIER.  WITHOUT HELP IT WILL BE LEFT UP TO THE COUNTY TO "DISPOSE OF HER REMAINS"  AND SHE DESERVES MORE THAN THAT!  so PLEASE HELP ME SHOW HER THAT SHE DOES!  I CAN'T DO THIS ALONE.
