Help a family affected by the earthquakes

Hi my name is Ferya Atas, as you are aware multiple earthquakes hit Turkey on the 6th February. 11 cities were affected by this disastrous event. The earthquakes hit my home town Maraş,Elbistan. Many lost loved ones and many victims are homeless. We as a community are deeply saddened by this crisis.

I am raising money for my uncle Hasan, a teacher living in Hatay with his family. Fortunately they all managed to escape but lost everything ; their home, belongings, car etc These areas do not have any electricity/gas. Victims are living outside in the cold. The relevant aid is not reaching everyone. There are no words to describe the trauma they are going through.

These funds will go towards food/clothes/essentials/shelter and possible resettlement.

A lot of friends have reached out to me to donate so I thought this would be the best platform.

If enough money is raised I will be helping two other families who are affected by this disaster.
