A diagnosis to treat Misha’s disease

I am Misha , a 6 month old kitten, full of energy that suddenly stopped my routine of eating , drinking, pooping and playing what I loved the most. 
my pet lovers , took me to do x rays what showed that I have my lungs bad full fluids , I have only my right lung for now working , and I have fluids on my intestine , fever and constipation and the doctor said I am dying , but I am strong and I want to fight to survive ! I believe God will give me strength to survive and I believe you can help me to get my treatment, because mypet lovers don’t want just give up and putme to sleep as the doctor said since the treatment costs a lot and we can’t afford that . But also I don’t want lose hope because I am a beautiful and nice kitten. 
Any help , will help us a lot ! We don’t have anytime left since only one lung is working , but we believe with help we can fight together this cause.
