A Day In The Park For Jack

Hi Everyone! We have decided to create a go fund me page to make it easier for everyone to make their donation. A lot of Jack's freinds and family have been reaching out and we figured this would make it easier for people to donate.
The family and friends of Jack Waugh are planning a celebration of his life on September 23, 2017 at Veterans Park, 1776 Union Avenue, Hazlet NJ 07730 at 12pm. We lost Jack to cancer on March 29, 2017 as a result of his tireless work as an Iron Worker for Local 40 NYC at Ground Zero following the attacks of 911. Jack was a true American and we will honor him as such.
We will celebrate Jacks life by holding a memorial softball game with friends and family that played with Jack for years. Additionally we will have corn hole, horse shoes, a gift basket auction and share memories and laughter. The Township of Hazlet has approved a memorial bench in Jacks honor that will be located at Veterans Park.
In line with this, we would like to request a donation which will be used to help fund the event as well as fund a memorial scholarship in Jack’s name at his alma mater Raritan High School in Hazlet NJ. We hope that you take this opportunity to support this event; your donation is greatly appreciated.
