A Calming Garden for some Amazing Students

The National Honor Society students at Granite Hills High School are designing and building a welcoming and calming garden for students in the special education program at our school. We've cleared the land, and will be building a wheelchair-accessible path, small patio for a table and benches (again, with wheelchair access to the table), and several raised garden beds. We will also install large barrel planters and additional seating. Finally, we'll be planting non-toxic, drought-tolerant plants which will be maintained by the special education students themselves, as part of their instruction. Please help us to make this corner of our campus into a comfortable outdoor space for these awesome students!
