A bully lit my grandson on fire.

My 8 year old grandson was lit on fire he actually like this boy. But on Nov 13th he was lit on fire by him. Neighbors were telling me that he was being bullied by him but he didn't realize that. He has bullied several neighbors one is Austic. He is very dangerous. He is in 5th grade olathe sch dist. He does walk to school and home. He is 3 times bigger than my grandson. My grandson scared to go to school hasn't been back since this happened. He wants to know why boy not in trouble. Wants to know why he has no friends. He don't trust noone not even the authorities. he has had several medical appts. He has another one wed. He may need to have skin graphs. He has a very long recovery, he is mentally and screwed up for the rest of his life. Yes he was given a pup day after this incident and people have made comments about this pup needs to be surrendered. My grandson looks out the window that's all he does. This boy broke his new phone as well and that has been his lifeline . His mother has 3 younger children they have to move Nov 29th they need alot of help with finances, remodeling duplex they moving into. They have fence there at new place. They need video surveillance system to protect him. He is very scared right now. Mom trying to go back to school. My grandson needs counsel so he can get justice. Plz support him.
