A blue plaque for Lil Bilocca

Hello, most people from Hull have heard of Lil Bilocca and while there is a Blue Plaque on the corner of Boulevard for all the Women campaigners of Hessle Rd, some of us thought that a unique plaque just for here at her former home is long overdue. The current owners of 117 Coltman St are happy for us to do it, as are Hull City Council and our Councillors, we just need to raise the money! Please help us if you can and help Lil Bilocca get the recognition she deserves!
