Dad's in a coma. Critical care help

Hi everyone,
My name is Joy O'Hara. I live in Greater Vancouver, B.C., Canada with my husband Daniel and our 4 year-old son. My father, Zosimo Bool, lives in the Philippines and just had an ischemic stroke from a blood clot in his brain. He is currently in critical condition in intensive care in a hospital there. We are racking up a large bill and our savings are quickly draining.

I intend to go to the Philippines as soon as possible to take care of this family emergency. We are therefore fundraising for this effort in any creative way we might devise. We need your help.
As mentioned, my father is in urgent critical care and needs to be transferred from Subic Bay in the province of Zambales, Philippines to the capital city of Manila as the hospital he is at currently lacks the capacity to sufficiently treat him. He is in a coma from the stroke and the assessment so far on the Glascow Coma Scale is a 7 which is classified as being severe. Transferring him to a hospital in Manila will mean that he can be cared for by competent doctors at a facility that can treat brain injury.
Receiving these funds will help several necessary steps: 1) allowing me to get to the Philippines quickly, 2) helping to expedite his transfer to Las Pinas Doctor's Hospital in Manila, and 3) assistance with the ongoing care my father will need to hopefully save his life. Time is of essence due to the extent of his injury. The amount we are asking for will cover these basics.
We are running out of time and funds to help my dad and are extremely greatful for anything that you are able to contribute.
