Xerxes mission trip to Slovakia

Xerxes has met his goal of $2700 which will cover his travel expenses for this mission trip to Slovakia, but the rest of his team is still struggling to raise the total they need to travel as well. So Xerxes will contribute any funds raised over his needed amount to other team members, all traveling together to Slovakia in July 2018.
We thank you all for your help getting this far and ask for prayer in these final weeks leading up to and through the travel and time overseas for this mission trip.
Xerxes has been invited to be part of a team that will be going to teach music and soccer to youth at a camp in Slovakia in July 2018. This trip will be led by his uncle, who has been part of a similar trip in the recent past.
If you know anything about Xerxes, you know that the 3 things he is most passionate about are his faith, his music, and soccer, so the chance to share these 3 things with youth in Slovakia is just about perfect. He will be going with a group of adults, and working with a well established youth mission organization. However the cost of travel is really extensive and so we are asking for your help.
By donating to this fund, you will be not only giving Xerxes the chance to travel to Slovakia, but will be helping him share his passion for music and soccer and his love of God to many young people attending the week long camp. This is not a vacation, the funds will go to cover the travel expenses for the mission trip and cover the cost of getting his passport. They will fly from the US to London, or Amsterdam and then they fly to Vienna , and then drive the rest of the way to the location of the camp.
The deposit, confirming his ability to attend this trip, $300, is due April 10th, the balance due by mid June.
Our appreciation of your help with funding this trip is unspeakable, there is no way that we could afford something like this in addition to the short term mission trip Xerxes and his sisters are going on within the USA in early June 2018. They have already committed to being part of our Deerfield and Jackson Friends Church combined mission trip when Xerxes was asked to be part of this mission project to Slovakia that is so perfect for him. We hope this will be an epic summer experience for him and the future leaders in Slovakia that will be attending this camp.
When I created this fundraiser, this site allowed and encouraged reward levels, but has since discontinued my ability to offer these, We will continue to send our thanks, and if you would like some baked goods, please contact me directly with a shipping address or any allergies.
