The Lost Daze
Lost in a white out, blinded in a haze for daze, they stumbled upon a black Obe1isk in the middle of Know where. Towering 11 feet tall, the Obe1isk appeared to have some sort of scroll wrapped around it. Venturing curiously forward, the weary, famished travelers approached. As they circled the ominous form, they tried to decipher the cryptic message.
"Is this the sign we've been looking for?" asked one.
"Maybe the sign will tell us which way we should go?" mused another.
As if on cue, a transparent hand popped up out of Obe1 pointing a direction to turn.
Surprised and taken aback, the desert discovers turned to see what this mysterious hand was pointing to. In the distance, they caught a gleam reflected off an even larger shiny structure.
"WTF???" exclaimed one.
"No, What the Fork???" shouted the other.
Indeed, a 16' metal fork was stuck in the Playa. Shimmering in de light, they realized where they were: the fork in the road, the turning point, the point of departure where dreams meet reality.
Turning to Obe1, the message on the scroll was clear:
"If you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there."
No longer lost in decay Oz of the wilderness, they trusted their internal compass to lead them out of the Land of the Lost into the Land of the Found. Upon their return, their family celebrated, sharing their love and art, playing music and dancing.
"We must share our feast with ALL our family, friends and loves!!", said one.
"We are, we shall and we will!!" said another.

*10% of donations made here will be contributed to My Neighbor's Keeper in Wimberley, Texas- to aide long term flood relief and continue to feed the hungry.
A lump sum payment (or value in food items) will be made upon completion of the art installation, no later than December 31, 2015 and is based on actual monies raised, even if our goal is not met.
Donations will be used to purchase, construct, transport, and support the WTF??? What The Fork? 2015 Burning Man Art Installation Team at the Carnival Of Mirrors in Black Rock City, Nevada -late August though September, 2015.
