Wendy Hammer's Medical Fund

As one of the many friends and supporters of Wendy Hammers, it came to my attention that, although she has insurance to cover some of her medical expenses, there are still bills out of pocket that she and her family will incur. Go Fund Me seemed like the perfect platform to further support Wendy on her healing journey.

All of you know that Wendy is currently getting chemotherapy for stage 1 pancreatic cancer, to be followed by surgery. The Meal Train, uplifting posts on her Facebook page, and stories she tells about how many people are doing amazingly helpful things for her is a testimony of the love, light, generosity of spirit and great humor and teaching that she shares with us. For the period of time that Wendy is unable to work, it would be great if we can all contribute, in whatever amount is realistic for our budgets and life.

Gratitude is at the core of every conversation with Wendy. She is so appreciative of what everyone is doing for her. She continues to teach us with her wise words and loving attitude as she goes through treatment. If you can help out at all financially, that would be amazing. If it’s a stretch to do so at this time for you, know that you are already giving so much support through your meals, funny postings, cards and friendship. Thank you for all that you are doing.
