Walk With A Mission

Thank you for stopping by this page. Our With A Mission (WAM) team is heading to Vietnam in January 2018. This short-term mission trip will take us to Binh Phuoc where we will help building houses and providing medical checkups, we will also head to Ha Noi to visit the Christian Drug Rehab centres. We would love to have your support. Our target is to raise AUD20,000 by the end of this year.

With A Mission was founded in 2012 with the vision of bringing young people together to live life with a clear purpose of more than just for yourself but reaching out to our neighbours, instil hope in the most practical way. This is done by actively engaging and connecting young people to support needy local and overseas communities:

International Student Services (ISS): providing support to international students coming to Australia from obtaining visa, choosing courses, accommodation, vocation and ongoing community support to integrate into the Australian communities.

Overseas mission: raising fund in Australia and working with trusted overseas partners to build houses, help with medical checkups and support the life-changing Christian drug rehab programs in Vietnam.

But more than just social support, WAM looks to bring hope where it is most needed and gives young people the opportunities to engage and serve others and understand the meaning of love through actions.

As part of our fundraising to reach AUD20,000, we have organised a “Walk With A Mission” event on 7th of November. The team and I will walk at least 10km on that day. All the fund raised will go directly to the overseas communities who are in need.

WAM would like to invite you to join the walkathon. You can find the details by clicking here . You can support my walk by donating $5, $10, or more per km that I walk, however, we would appreciate any amount that you sponsor us. You of course can join us on the day also.

There will be refreshment and a BBQ after the walk!!
