Hello Everyone! Thank you for taking the time out to visit my page.
My name is Isaac Tualaulelei and I am currently in the process of trying to finally fulfill a goal of mine that began 10 years ago. I have always loved dance growing up and it has been a dream for me to some how compile a group of talented dancers, form my own dance company and put on my very own dance production. Regardless of my size and how many would question how someone with a bigger build could make it as a dancer, I have trained and worked my tail off to turn my passion into a career through the years.
From 2004 to now, I am so proud to say that I have managed to make a name for myself in the LA industry as a working dancer and guess what? I have my own dance company: VARSITY :)
I am so lucky to have such an amazing group of (55) dancers from all over the world be a part of my company. We have been in rehearsals since May, training and prepping for our FIRST PRODUCTION! I am still in awe of the fact that this dream that started off 10 years ago is so close to being brought to life!
As a company we have done some fundraising, building our name and creating a buzz within our community but with creating a dance production, there are many things to consider:
Venue Fees
Technicians
Costumes/wardrobes
Promotional Material
Programs
Our listed goal is $5,678.00 (Yes, as in 5, 6, 7, 8.. lol) Anything donated will be MUCH appreciated and go toward these listed fees. We have so much to offer and truly want to not only produce a show, but use our gift of movement to showcase unity within Art and inspire the younger generation of artists.
