You're a fan of the under dog? Well then here is a story for you! We rescued Uggie from a puppy mill in 2009 and she has been an inspiration ever since.
She was a mother in a puppy mill until the age 4-5. When we received her, she was covered in dirt, terrified, and didn't really know how to do anything. She is still scared of things like crunchy leaves, but has come such a long way over the years. Mostly because of her bossy partner in crime, Ruby. Over the years, she has helped created awareness about Puppy mills, inspired the logo for the roller skate shop Neon Skates, and has super fans all over the world!
We recently discovered that she has an ulcer in her eye amongst a few eye issues which will result in a graft surgery. We looking for help covering costs and anything over the medical bills will be donated to a regional charity (still looking at different charity options).
