Troy and Sandi (Caputo) Kunz

For those of you who know Sandi and Troy you know they have it rough.  As for the people who don’t know them let me give an insight to their everyday struggles.  
Sandi was born with multiple birth defects and needs the aid of crutches to get around. Recently Sandi was diagnosed with PAN (Polyarteritis nodosa) disease.  PAN disease is a rare disease that results from inflammation of the blood vessels and can affect or cause injury to organs, nerves, intestinal tract, heart and joints.  For Sandi this disease makes moving for her a nightmare.  The pain at this point not under control yet.  Troy suffered an injury to his eye at a young age and about 17 years ago had to have the eye removed.  This is when life for Troy became trying.  Once having the eye removed he contracted West Niles from a mosquito bite that ended him up in  the hospital for  months with encephalitis and multiple procedures on his eye.   After over coming that obstacle he was slowly starting to recover when his body rejected the glass eye.   Since this happened Troy has undergone numerous procedures on his eye and unfortunately they had to remove the glass eye leaving him with a closed and empty eye socket.  With in the last 2 years they both have undergone one or more surgeries each and have been in and out of the hospital at least 7 times.  On August 14, 2018 their lives have changed once again.  While driving home from one of Sandi’s doctor appointments Troy suffered a stroke at the base of his brain.  He will be transferred to rehab soon and has a long road to recovery ahead of him.  I am asking for donations in any amount to try and help alleviate their financial burdens.  Please pray for them and their families.  Thank you to everyone For helping  Sandi and Troy out in one way or another.
