Please help raise money for handicap van

My name is Tristyn and I am 15 years old with Spinal Muscular Atrophy Type 1. Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) is a genetic muscle disease that does not allow my muscles to develop. My SMA allows movement of only my finger to operate my wheelchair.
I'm asking for your help to get a newer (but used) handicap van. My current van has over 250,000 miles on it and is beginning to have mechanical issues. My lift that allows me to be raised into the van is not working properly. Sometimes it will work and sometimes it won't. At times I will get stuck half way up while I am being loaded and then my family/caregiver has to manually work the lift. It bothers me at times especially when it's raining or really cold outside.
My Dad has found a used van that a gentleman is holding for me that has the automatic lift for my chair and will perfectly accommodate my disability.
The van will be used to take me to my many doctors' appointments in Duke, Chapel Hill, and Fayetteville. The van will be used just for me. My family uses their personal vehicle when I don't want to go places with them.
